In Papiamentu (Aruba) all the good things in life are called Dushi. Dushi means a lot of things; sweetness, darling, nice, precious even the national anthem of Aruba is named Dushi Tera and so my Dushi Ring was born.
I had an idea about this ring after I finished “Your Own Star Ring“, but it was not so easy to come out with that…:) Anyway, I did it and I am very satisfied with this design. It’s gorgeous on a finger. Very elegant…very comfortable to wear.
I was thinking also to make it as a pendant. In case that you are thinking about that also, then just at the beginning you can increase the number of beads: instead of 30, it should be 36 (for example) and in that case you will get a 6 pointed star). Don’t forget that in that case you need a bigger rivoli or cabochon.
Or you can leave it just like it is and you will have a nice pendant 20 cm diameter.
