Creating and beading a 3D star or other geometric shapes relax me and gives me a time to come up with new designs for something else. I was even thinking to open a new product category “In between”
The tutorial is intended for those who have never before made the star but also for beaders who are star fans. Easy to follow with photos and graphs.
I made it as a pendant, you can make it as an ornament. Your choice.
Project level: intermediate. You should be familiar with peyote stitch.
Material list (7.3 cm):
- Miyuki Delica beads 11/0
- Miyuki seed beads 11/0, 15/0
- Swarovski chaton 1088; 8mm
- Swarovski bicones 3mm and 4mm
- Fireline 6lb
- Beading needle size 12 or Tulip needle size 11
- Bead 25mm
