Pineapple cake
You need:
2 boxes of lady fingers
250 gr powdered sugar
300 gr grounded walnuts
1 can of pineapple
6 eggs
12 tsp. sugar
125 gr margarine
whipped cream
Preparation:
Whisk 6 eggs with powdered sugar and add nuts. Separately mix 250 grams of margarine with small pieces of pineapple (keep the juice from the can) and blend into the previously scrambled mass of eggs, sugar and walnuts. Finally add margarine and filling is ready.
Pour pineapple juice in the bowl and dip lady fingers (just pull them through the juice). Align them on the baking pan (or elongated plate) and put filling over them. So, you will get a cake from two lines of lady fingers and two rows of filling.
Put the whipped cream over the cake and put in refrigerator until serving.
You can also put some pineapple pieces over the whipped cream like a decoration.
