Pasta with Alfredo sauce

“Alfredo sauce” … wow! It’s sounds like a NASA project… Actually, it is very easy to make.

This is what you need:

- 1 pound pasta
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 ¼ cups of half-and-half (heavy cream)
- ¾ cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper

While the pasta is cooking, melt the butter, heavy cream (half-and-half) and half of the prepared Parmesan cheese. Cook on low to medium heat, about 1 minute.  Stirring constantly.

When the pasta is done, pour it into a bowl and add the melted cheese mixture to the pasta. Combine and at the end add remaining Parmesan cheese.

That’s it. You see, it’s not a NASA project :)
