What that means?

My approach is acceptance of the client as a person from the beginning, not as business partner.

“Big” or “small”, doesn’t matter, I talk with people and they are everywhere the same. Some of them are more intelligent or has more experience, or more spoiled, but they are people. They are doing the same things in their daily life like me. I will not mention here what , but you know…  

In both cases, I always do my best! I am not afraid in front of “big” (nobody is not big enough for me and I treat “small” like they are “big” or they are going to be very soon, thanks to me
