How to fight with Bad habits?
Permit me to share a few tips that I’ve acquired over the years.
What do you think every morning when you wake up? Do you think about how you can go to the toilet, to take a shower, turn on the TV or, perhaps, not to get up?
Most people have the negative thoughts, from early morning. Such thoughts are the consequences of bad habits that are acquired over time. Imagine a man who every morning when he wakes up ask himself the question: “Will I be happy today or very happy?” He can answer whatever he wants, but this question has a positive impact on whole day. As the bad habits are acquired, they also can be deleted from everyday life. It is necessary to identify them and to replace them with new, positive ones (as soon as possible!).
Interesting thing is that you can always predict the future of people following their daily habits!
Losing is a habit. Winning is a habit. Changing your habits, you can change your life. For example: surely you’ve heard that people near you complain that they do not have enough money, and they do not even think to work a little bit more or to change their job?! Is it all this about our fear? Most of our fears are in our mind, they are not even real. Fear can make you completely backwards in all areas of life. But you can not have a fear without also a certain dose of courage in yourself.
Any person who is frozen by fear has an incredible amount of courage!!! Do you remember when you learned to ride bicycles, climb up, then fall, climb up, fall… The fear in you was growing, but did you give up from that? It’s the same in all areas in life. Beside the fear you have part of courage in you and that force you not to give up.
Another bad habit is: “dreaming small dreams”. The problem in “dreaming small dreams” is in fact that you can achieve them. That is a very good way how you can be stuck in your life. Always dream big dreams, because everything what you see around you is created by someone who first imagined that and then made it into action to achieve his objectives. Big dreams will always force you to improve yourself, to learn, to achieve more in your life.
Don’t allow to bad experiences from the past to have influence on your future decisions! They keep you trapped and you can not move forward. Disappointments hurt and it’s difficult to forget them. So, our brain starts to believe that they will happen again only if we try to do something. Don’t make those habits to your brain! The past is a lesson that talks about what we did wrong and that should not happen again. You have to focus on good and positive things and then you will attract them into your life and opposite!
Focus your energy on good things. Spend time to learn what you can do better. The people who work to improve their good habits, they are successful.
Take a piece of paper and write at the top: Objectives. Then write whatever comes to your mind, how you want to see your life in all areas. Specify what bad habits prevent you to achieve those goals and immediately start to work to eliminate and replace them with good habits. Practice is the right word! Practice, practice, practice… All successful people doing that, why you want to be on the other side of success?
