Greek salad and something more…

When we said: Clever women want to simplify their lives, it also means – simplify your life in the kitchen! Try to reduce your stay in the kitchen as much as possible. You have other, more important things to do in your life… Reduce your stay in the kitchen, but not to the detriment of the quality of your diet. 

Who was in Greece, certainly tried Greek salad. Easy, quickly, healthy and so delicious! 

What you need: 

  • tomatoes
  • cucumber
  • red onion
  • feta cheese (cut it on cubes or buy it like cubed feta cheese)
  • olives
  • dried oregano
  • chopped parsley (you can use also dried parsley)
  • pepper and salt
  • dressed with olive oil

Sometimes, I put green or red pepper, sometimes I add lettuce… If you can not live without meat add grilled chicken pieces (chicken breasts)… This salad provides a lot of opportunities for experimentation. This is the base, you can try your own mix… 

So, mix and enjoy!
