Crepes, pasta, vanilla sugar

Posted on November 10 2009 by Ellad2

I am Bourbon vanilla addicted person :) I put Bourbon vanilla in almost every dessert: pancakes (I can’t imagine pancakes/crepes without Bourbon vanilla sugar!), all cakes (what I know to make :) , ice creams… Also in salad dressing :)

Crepes:

crepesVery simple! Make pancakes/crepes like you usually do and fill it with Bourbon vanilla sugar and grounded walnuts. Delicious!

You can also put in crepes mix a little bit Bourbon vanilla sugar or extract and then bake it.

Sweet pasta:

Cook the pasta (I prefer Fussili shape or Penne rigate) in salt water. When they are cooked, add a little bit butter and of course again: Bourbon vanilla sugar and grounded walnuts. Ok… you can add also if you like raisins… :)

 And don’t forget:
