Crackers with apple-mayonnaise filling

Ingredients:
400 g flour
2 tsp baking powder
1.5 tsp salt
1 egg
125 g butter, room temperature
80 g feta cheese
100 ml milk
+ 50 g ground walnuts

250 gr powdered sugar
300 gr grounded walnuts
1 can of pineapple
6 eggs
12 tsp. sugar
125 gr margarine
whipped cream

Russian salad – tips&tricks

As you know, Russian salad containing boiled potatoes, dill pickles, peas, eggs, carrots, and boiled beef/chicken dressed with mayonnaise. 
I prefer to add also sour cream. Anyway, mayonnaise and sour cream can make it a little bit “heavy”.
